As a PMHNP trained through the UC-LEND program at UCLA and UC Riverside, NP Eliza Rivera-Mitu specialize in treating adults with co-occurring autism and ADHD. Using a neurodiversity-affirming approach, she provides evidence-based therapy (such as CBT) and medication management to support focus, emotional regulation, and executive function.
All sessions are currently virtual. We accept straight Medi-Cal, Medicare, out-of-network PPOs (superbills provided), and credit/debit cards.

Initiation of treatment includes a screening for opioid use (with possible blood or urine test), followed by prescription of oral medications such as buprenorphine, naltrexone, Suboxone, gabapentin, or other medications as needed. Regular follow-up and possible blood or urine test is required prior to refill of medications. Referral for further counseling or Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) may also be made depending on patient's situation.
