Angeles Health and Wellness Center provides health services through both telehealth and in-person visits. Patients may be evaluated and treated by licensed nurse practitioners either remotely or in person, depending on clinical needs and appointment type.

Do not use the Services for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

c. Patient Consent and HIPAA Compliance

By using our telehealth or mobile health services, you consent to receive healthcare services via electronic communications and/or in-person visits. By using our Services, you authorize Angeles Health and Wellness Center to bill your health insurance for services provided, where applicable. You understand and agree that you are financially responsible for any charges not covered by your insurance, including co-pays, deductibles, and any outstanding balances. You agree to pay all such amounts in accordance with our billing policies.
