Do not use the Services for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

You understand and agree that you are financially responsible for any charges not covered by your insurance, including co-pays, deductibles, and any outstanding balances. You agree to pay all such amounts in accordance with our billing policies.
